RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.
The products have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent.
We generally deliver all our products within 5-7 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time goes higher in cases where the customization is required by the customer or the product is to be made on order. Such cases will be intimated to the customer in advance.
Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at 7 2900 29100. If your return is accepted, we will initiate a reverse pick up, and share instructions on the same. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at 7 2900 29100 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
If unfortunately, you must cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at customercare.vyavi@gmail.com . We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) in the original mode of payment.
If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges (in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in original payment mode once we have received the product.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.vyavi.com and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
